Phone line issues

Thank you to those of you who have advised us that they have been unable to reach us on our landline 08 8596 4243. We recently had NBN connected in the office which unfortunately meant a change in providers. This change has caused a yet to be detected fault in our landline, most customers report being able to get through if calling from a mobile or Optus phone, but if you try to call from your landline to ours you will most likely be told our number isn’t connected.
Please email us at or try calling from a mobile number or as a last option call Mark on 0413 463 790 – Mark is often in training courses and unable to answer immediately however if you leave as message on the mobile we will call you back as soon as we are able. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
